RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
At Gracemalls, we stand behind the quality of our Christian products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging intact.
Returnable Items
The following items may be returned within 30 days:
- Tabletop Crosses (Round and Square styles)
- Standard Christian products
- Items that are unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the products and services, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Print Orders - All personalized cross print orders are non-returnable as they are customized specifically to your specifications
- Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us - Email us at support@gracemalls.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Return Authorization - We will provide you with return shipping instructions
- Ship the Item - Send the item back to us in its original packaging (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
- Inspection - Once received, we will inspect the item within 5 business days
- Refund Processing - Upon approval, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days
Refund Amount
- Full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error
- If we made an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label
Shipping Policy
- Outgoing Shipping: Free shipping on all orders to the continental United States
- Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping (unless the return is due to a defect or our error)
- Items must be returned within the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item due to shipping:
- Report Within 7 Days - Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide Proof - Include photos of the damage or defect
- We Will Replace or Refund - We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion
Exceptions
- Items purchased from a third-party seller must be returned according to that seller's return policy
- International orders may have different return terms due to shipping complexity and costs

반품 기한
구매 후 30일 이내에 반품을 받습니다. 상품은 원래 상태를 유지하고 있어야 하며, 사용하지 않았거나 원래 포장이 그대로 있어야 합니다.
반품 가능한 상품
다음의 상품은 30일 이내에 반품할 수 있습니다:
- 탁상 십자가 (라운드형 및 각진형)
- 표준 기독용품
- 사용하지 않은 원래 포장 상태의 상품
반품 불가능한 상품
상품의 특성상 다음의 상품은 반품 또는 교환이 불가능합니다:
- 맞춤 인쇄 주문 - 모든 맞춤형 십자가 인쇄 주문은 고객님의 요청에 따라 특별히 제작되므로 반품이 불가능합니다
- 최종 세일 상품으로 표시된 할인 상품
- 고객 오용 또는 부주의로 인한 손상 상품
- 원래 포장이 없는 상품
반품 절차
반품을 신청하려면:
- 문의하기 - 주문번호와 반품 사유를 포함하여 support@gracemalls.com 으로 이메일을 보내주세요
- 반품 승인 받기 - 반품 배송 절차를 안내받습니다
- 상품 발송 - 원래 포장에 담아 저희에게 발송합니다 (당사의 과실이 아닌 경우 반품 배송료는 고객 부담)
- 검수 - 받은 후 5영업일 내에 검수합니다
- 환불 처리 - 승인되면 7-10영업일 내에 환불을 처리합니다
환불 금액
- 상품 가격의 전액 환불 (원래 배송료 제외)
- 반품 배송료는 고객 부담입니다 (당사의 과실이나 오류로 인한 경우 제외)
- 당사의 과실로 인한 반품의 경우 반품 배송료를 지원합니다
배송 정책
- 배송료: 미국 본토 전역으로 모든 주문에 무료 배송
- 반품 배송: 반품 배송료는 고객이 부담합니다 (당사의 과실이나 손상으로 인한 경우 제외)
- 반품은 반품 기한 30일 이내에 발송되어야 환불 대상이 됩니다
불량 상품
배송 중 손상되거나 불량인 상품을 받으신 경우:
- 7일 이내 보고 - 상품 받은 후 7일 이내에 저희에게 연락해주세요
- 증거 제출 - 손상 또는 불량 사진을 포함해주세요
- 교체 또는 환불 - 저희는 교체 상품을 발송하거나 전액 환불을 처리합니다
예외사항
- 제3자 판매자로부터 구매한 상품은 해당 판매자의 반품 정책을 따릅니다
- 국제 주문의 경우 배송 복잡성과 비용으로 인해 반품 조건이 다를 수 있습니다
