5. CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

  • Custom print orders and personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order
  • We are not responsible for errors in customization if the order was placed with incorrect information by the customer
  • Production time for custom orders may vary; we will provide estimates at the time of order

6. PRICING & BILLING

  • Prices displayed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes where required
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before final payment
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though such changes will not affect orders already placed
  • All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy

7. CANCELLATION & ORDER MODIFICATION

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed
  • Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled
  • For custom or personalized items, cancellation is not possible once production has begun

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We provide free shipping to the continental United States
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Gracemalls is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances
  • Risk of loss for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All products are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
